Profile

Julius Kitone, Executive Director Climate Resilience Africa whose core mandate is ensuring re-greening of the Southern Belt of the African Continent, cherishes innovation in agribusiness, supports communities to build their resilience in curbing Rain water Wastage, Build Hand washing facilities and sensisitize masses in social and public premises such as schools, markets and hospitals.
He is a Founder of JuliKit AI/ ECoeye AI which aggregates climate change stories and puts them on one platform which is easily accessible by people around the globe.

He holds a Master of Research Degree in project planning and Management, a post Graduate Diploma in Project planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Communication from Makerere University. He has served as a climate change activist and information expert both at the local and regional level. He is passionate about, climate change, economic policies, environmental conservation, advocacy, Law and human rights for the minority and disadvantaged groups globally. He is a WASH team lead, Veganism promoter and Animal rights protector..
